"Perfect location for a fall weekend getaway! The staff was available and very friendly when needed, I love that there was no wait for check in/out as it was all done with emails and codes! The bonfire, games and lounge area was another cute addition. TORCH LAKE IS BEAUTIFUL and it’s only walking distance from your room. We will definitely be back."

"They have carpet in rooms witch for pet friendly hotels should be vinyl floors .also put in adjoining room again not good for dogs. Plus the outer door to hall has a large gap all the way around door. Then sliding door for shower leaked. Also sliding barn doors for bathroom dont close tight. The internet was terrible in the hotel. We think you could real use a update of rooms. Staff was friendly and people were friendly to our dogs."

"The room in the property were awesome. The pool and spa were heated. The accessibility was very nice. The bed and pillows were the most comfortable I have ever slept on for a hotel. The breakfast was a different experience. They deliver your food to your room. It was very, very good. I only negativity if any was by using hotels.com or other discounted traveling things you face the parking lot and not the water but for the price it was worth it. It was cold windy weekend. We just walked out the door and you could walk right on the beach and it was very nice so not facing the water was just an inconvenience"
